01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a form, or engaging Crestview Financial Services, a DBA of Passiveearning LLC ("Crestview," "we," "us," or "our"), for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

05SMS Messaging Terms
Our web form offers two independent SMS consent checkboxes. By checking a box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive the corresponding category of text messages from Crestview Financial Services at the phone number provided:
- Transactional messages — appointment reminders, billing/invoice reminders, payment confirmations, and schedule confirmations related to services you have requested.
- Marketing & promotional messages — lead nurturing follow-ups and informational messages from Crestview Financial Services.
Consent. Consent for each category is collected via its own checkbox on our web form. Checking one box does not require checking the other, and neither is a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of submitting the form. Message frequency may vary.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

06Payment & Billing
Fees for services are agreed upon prior to engagement. Invoices are due according to the payment terms specified at the time of engagement. We may send billing, invoice, and payment confirmations by email or text message (where consented to).
07Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services and to use any deliverables or advice provided by Crestview Financial Services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for decisions made based on information we provide.
08Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our marketing materials, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Crestview Financial Services and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
09Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.
